DCS Retreats
– By DCS Design
DCS Retreats was founded by Darren and Vanessa Cole-Sinclair. Their interest and passion for inspiring getaways and beautiful accommodation stem from Darren’s work as an award winning designer, and both Darren and Vanessa’s interest in the outdoors and exploring beautiful places around Australia. This was the inspiration for a journey of creating an exclusive and luxurious accommodation experience, to share with others.
Darren’s Expertise in Lifestyle design has meant that all places under the ‘DCS Retreats’ banner have been designed and built by Darren. Each place also has a unique story and utilises cutting edge and sustainable design techniques and materials. For more information please visit dcsdesign.net.au.
DCS Retreats offer boutique accommodation in the most amazing locations around Australia and celebrate Australia’s beautiful vistas, beaches, scenery, and forests. The unique offering is one of Australia’s first retreats to cater for all your mountain bike needs with wash down bays, and with easy safe and secure bike storage. Bike servicing can be arranged if required.
Our Properties
– Boutique accommodation
DCS Retreats are unlike any other accommodation found in Victoria – a unique wilderness experience that make the forest surrounds an integral element of the design.
Each house has a carefully considered, flexible floor plan easily allowing the accommodation of several families, a large extended family or groups of friends in privacy. Passive heating and cooling will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
A forest retreat is the perfect base whether taking a quick drive up the mountain to spend the day on the ski slopes or snow-playing in the toboggan park, exploring nearby water holes or fishing for trout. Take a walk in the forest or mountain bike riding along the Epic trail then relax with an evening drink on the deck while enjoying the tranquility of the mountain ash forest.
